How do I get phone support?
You can first call 800-IBM-SERV to create a service record.
Then you will get a call back from a Technical Support Representative
from the IBM Memphis Technology Center.
It will be especially helpful if you have your Ambra Model number (the BM or SU number
usually located on the back of your machine) and
your service tag number available when
you call and when you are
called back. (usually within an hour)
If necessary, your problem may be forwarded to a
support specialist.
